When designing this campaign, it was clear from the start that simplicity was key to highlighting the calmness and luxury that this real estate offers. At a time when most ads were filled with fast-paced music and quick cuts, we aimed to offer the audience a refreshing breather. There are no gimmicks or fast-paced cuts—just three shots, and the film is complete. Featuring regional film star Malhar Thakar adds to the campaign's promise and appeal.
The campaign, called #PateKiBaat, cleverly plays on the dual meanings of "address" and "information." The strong script, property, and talent were enough to carry the message; all the film needed was a calm, understated treatment to launch the campaign effectively.
