A film to genuinely celebrate Teacher's Day? "Let's hear what teachers have to say." This was our starting point for conceptualization. During our discussions with educators, several concerning points emerged that needed to be addressed. To protect their privacy, we decided to feature actors in the video.

Including the school staff—who play a vital role in our children's lives—was an important idea. The security guard is the first and last person students see each day, and the caretakers, often overlooked, are incredibly close to our children. Their concerns are just as important as those of the teachers.

Creating this film is a bold move by Udgam Consultancy, and rightly so. It serves as a necessary reminder to parents who sometimes forget that the school staff and teachers all share a common thread: their own child.
